Found in Translation & Von der Una

This week, Faruk Šehić will be presenting his novel Von der Una (t: Elvira Veselinović, Voland & Quist) in Switzerland. Tomorrow you can catch him at Literaturhaus Basel, and the day after tomorrow at WerkStadt Lorraine in Bern. This will bring to an end his book tour which also included stops in Berlin, Leipzig, and Kiel.

In Sarajevo, the Found in Translation conference was held throughout the month of March. Translators Marie Alpermann, Elvira Veselinović and Rebekka Zeinzinger were all present. Talking about Alpermann: On 27 March she had a joint event with author Tanja Stupar Trifunović in Halle to promote their book Seit ich einen Schwan gekauft habe (t. Marie Alpermann, eta Verlag).
