Today sees the opening of the 14th edition of the Odakle zovem festival in Podgorica. Until Sunday one can immerse oneself in different literary worlds in the Montenegrin capital. With the support of TRADUKI, a slew of SEE authors will take part in the event. You can view the full programme here.
In addition, this evening we are celebrating the Night of Austrian Literature at Wannsee. Austria will be the Guest of Honour at the Leipzig Book Fair in 2023: in our eyes, a more than sufficient reason to organise an event in the lush garden of the Literarisches Colloquium Berlin. The Southeast European region is tightly connected with Austria not only through their shared history but also because the region is the region in focus of the Leipzig Book Fair. And so, the evening will feature guests from Austria and its neighbouring countries.
