What is Traduki?

Literature from Southeast Europe – A Selection

In the magazine we present a selection of Southeast European books, which have been translated into the German with the support of Traduki. But any selection is subjective in its own particular way and vital things are left out. And so: This selection should only serve as a stepping stone on your reading journey.

Leipzig Book Fair & Traduki

For the first time in the history of the Leipzig Book Fair, the countries of Southeast Europe present themselves together – under the joint roof of Traduki. The title of our three-year-long project (2020-2022) sets the tone: Common Ground. It is Traduki's biggest and most ambitious project since its inception. However, even before the Common Ground, Traduki was an important part of the Leipzig Book Fair, participating in it since 2009.
