Today at 11 AM at the UT Connewitz, we held a press talk about this year’s TRADUKI theme for our Leipzig events. We presented the Common Ground and unveiled the full US AND THEM programme. The programme was presented by Angelika Salvisberg (project mananger TRADUKI / Common Ground), Oliver Zille (director of the Leipzig Book Fair), Nataša Kramberger (writer,), and Tino Schlench (book blogger).

Last night, together with Börsenverein Landesverband Berlin-Brandenburg, we organised a literary meet-up for booksellers at the Literaturforum im Brecht-Haus. Antje Contius, Tino Schlench (www.literaturpalast.at), Sebastian Guggolz (Guggolz Verlag) and Petya Lund (eta Verlag) discussed fascinating literary voices from the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania, and why the German-speaking sphere should pay more attention to them.
