The great Romanian novelist Mircea Cărtărescu is the winner of the “Prozart” award for 2021. The award will be presented to him in Skopje, during the 9th edition of the PRO-ZA BALKAN International Literature Festival, held from 19 to 22 September. The festival is supported by TRADUKI.
